beautiful day

After hitting my snooze alarm for the 4th or 5th time this morning, I did my usual grumbling and swearing, not wanting to get out of bed. I am NOT a morning person.

BUT…

As I looked out my window…

I just knew it was going to be a beautiful day :)

  1. Hi Girasoli, beautiful photo! Your post reminded me of my friend. For the whole month we spent in Europe together she would wake up each morning and the first words out of her mouth was “oh hell”! She’s not a morning person either. :) But even a sunrise like that would’ve made her smile. . . she still would’ve sweared though! Ha Ha.
Glad you had a beautiful day.

  2. Barb, it certainly was.
Kathy, so good to hear from you! I hope you are doing well. I had to laugh reading about your friend. I could just picture her as she woke up each morning. I won’t mention the swear word I use every morning :)

  4. Stunning colours! That’s about the only sight that could prevent me from also cursing when I have to get up. (Speaking as another who is NOT a morning person!)

Dana, I bet the snow is beautiful also (although I am sure by now, spring would be a nicer sight).
