JOY JOY JOY
I did not write another post about the Red Sox all year long. It was the first year in a long time that the Red Sox did not bring me much joy.
This year… WOW!
This was a different team.
This was a magical team.
This team genuinely loved baseball.
This team played every game just trying to win that day.
This team played for each other. This was a special team!
At the beginning of the season, I had the same hope I have every season, even though just about everyone else, or at least all of the “experts”, wrote them off. But I had hope, I had faith, I believed.
Imagining that the Red Sox would go from last to first was one thing, but imagining that the Red Sox would become the World Series Champions?
JOY JOY JOY!!!! INCREDIBLE JOY!
Thank You Red Sox for an incredible year of joy!!!!
there are a lot of people at work today with bags under their eyes from staying up late and celebrating!! From the horrors of the Marathon bombings to winning the World Series AT HOME…..it’s been quite a year for Boston.
thanks for always rooting for the Red Sox!!

Whoo hoo!!! Congratulations to you and your Red Sox! Wow, what a fantastic playoffs and world series. What is so great is it really was such a team effort. There was always someone different who stepped up in each game. And the Red Sox fans are like no other fans I know. Like that 88 year old fan who has never missed a game. True dedication and love for the team, for baseball and for the city of Boston. From the fans, to the players, to the managers and owners….Boston is truly Strong! Congratulations!
