There has always been something about palm trees that has fascinated me. Maybe it’s because I grew up with maple trees, oak trees, and pine trees? Maybe it is a symbol of paradise? Not sure, but I like how this photo turned out with the colors of the sky in the background as the sun was beginning to set.

Hi Girasoli, it’s photos like this that makes me miss Hawaii. Growing up I lived for the weekends when me and my friends would catch the bus and head over to the beach. I also like the pastel colors in the sky and the tree in the foreground almost like a silhouette. Beautiful image.
